CAPITAN'S 1ST ANNUAL SHORT
FILM FESTIVAL
We invite all film makers to participate
in Capitan's 1st Annual Short Film
Festival. Original Productions of any
length, up to a maximum of 15 minutes,
qualify. Each week, a selection by our
panel of judges, will be shown before
the Classic Film Feature.
The competition is open to submissions
until Wednseday, August 12th. The film
selected as the best will receive the
Golden Bear Award.

Short Film Festival Rules
¶ Films must be submitted by
Wednesday of each week for judging
and selection
¶ There is no restriction of the number
of films you submit
¶ All film entries must comply
with the Motion Picture Rating System
'GENERAL RATING OF G'.
¶ Flims must be submitted in
DVD format.
